Steps:

1. From your homepage, locate My Collaboration Matches and click New Match.
2. Enter the clinician’s email address.
   • The clinician must already have a Single Aim account.
   • If they don’t have an account yet, the clinician can sign up here: http://singleaimhealth.com/clinician-signup
3. Click Create Match. The collaboration will be created immediately.
4. Open the new collaboration and fill in the basic details (for example, state or collaboration notes).
5. Save your changes, then Confirm Collaboration on your side.

Once you confirm, the clinician will receive an email prompting them to confirm as well. After both parties confirm, the collaboration is active and functions like any other collaboration on the platform.
